Orders can be cancelled up to 1 week (7 business days) after ordering. Once I begin your order, it is non-refundable. I am not responsible if your package gets lost after shipping. Sometimes crazy stuff happens (natural disasters, supply issues) that's totally out of our control. If there's a problem, email me and we'll work it out.
